The brothers Rudolf and Karl were born in the village of Werfen in the family of a famous Austrian restaurateur. After receiving culinary education in Salzburg, since 1979, they have taken up the gastronomic business professionally, having worked for 15 years in famous restaurants in Austria, France, and Belgium. After years of working abroad, the brothers returned to their native village of Werfen, where they opened their own restaurant, hotel, butcher shop and delicatessen store.
